Use for Customers, Inventory, Consignment Top-Up and Stock Count.

Choose customer / outletOpen the outlet that needs stock.

Enter Top-Up quantityAdd quantities for one or many products.

Request Top-Up onceOrbita creates one grouped Top-Up job for the warehouse.

Count outlet stockEnter actual physical quantity and submit the count.

Orbita Scan Portal

Use for physical warehouse execution. The operator scans; the system controls the movement.

Open Consignment Top-UpOpen the waiting Top-Up job from the floor queue.

Scan pallet / carton / itemScan the handling unit that physically exists.

Loading BayOrbita moves the scanned stock to the outbound staging position.

Dispatch scan → CompleteOrbita moves stock to the outlet and closes the Top-Up.
