FAOS sends outbound emails using the Customer’s own configured email account. Messages originate from the Customer’s domain and mailbox, not from a FAOS-owned sender.

FAOS does not guarantee email delivery. Message delivery depends on the Customer’s email provider, DNS configuration, spam filters, recipient policies, and internet conditions.
Credentials are used solely to transmit emails on behalf of the Customer. FAOS does not assume responsibility for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Customer email accounts or leaked credentials.
The Email System enables document transmission and workflow communication. It is not a mass marketing platform, bulk mailing system, or email compliance advisory service.
