1. Service nature
1.1 Business software as a tool
Orbita Solution is a business software platform designed to assist with operational workflows, financial processing, and data management.
1.2 Not professional advice
The Platform is provided as a tool only, and does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or professional advice.
1.3 Acceptance of enforced workflow safeguards
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that certain operational flows may include mandatory sequencing and integrity checks (including FIFO-style enforcement where enabled) as a system safety feature.
You agree not to assert claims for damages, penalties, lost productivity, or commercial loss arising from delays, blocks, or friction caused by such safeguards when they operate as designed.
2. Evolving software disclaimer
The Platform is under continuous development.
Users acknowledge that the system may:
- Contain incomplete features
- Produce unexpected results
- Change functionality without notice
Orbita Solution does not guarantee system stability, completeness, or accuracy.
3. User responsibility (critical)
3.1 Outputs depend on your inputs
All outputs generated by the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Invoices
- Financial calculations
- Exports
- Reports
are based solely on user-provided data.
Users are fully responsible for verifying all outputs before business use, submission to authorities, or financial decision-making.
3.2 GIGO (inventory, labels, and “physical truth”)
Garbage in, garbage out (GIGO) applies throughout FAOS. Where inventory integrity is concerned, “book-to-physical alignment” in the system is highly dependent on the accuracy of original source data, including scanning, receiving, transfers, adjustments, and master data entry.
Orbita assumes no economic liability for inventory variance, write-offs, stock-outs, mis-shipments, or reconciliation costs that are traceable to user-side data entry errors, mis-scans, configuration mistakes, or incorrect physical labelling / label placement.
4. No warranty
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Orbita Solution disclaims:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Fitness for purpose
- Uninterrupted availability
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbita Solution shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses
- Tax errors
- Incorrect reporting
- Data inaccuracies
- Business interruptions
- System downtime
Use of the Platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.
6. Finance & compliance disclaimer
Orbita Solution does not guarantee compliance with any regulatory authority, including tax or e-invoicing systems.
All compliance responsibility lies with the user.
Where FAOS exposes export-only or pre-validation artefacts, that does not replace your statutory filings or professional sign-off.
7. Subscription & payment
Paid services are billed on a subscription basis.
All payments are non-refundable once access is granted, except at the sole discretion of Orbita Solution. See our Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Termination
Orbita Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time.
10. Data ownership
Users retain ownership of their data.
Orbita acts solely as a data processor in providing the service.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

12. Data accuracy (GIGO) and inventory physical truth
12.1 GIGO principle
FAOS operational outputs (including inventory balances, pick/pack guidance, and exception handling) depend on the quality and correctness of upstream inputs.
If incorrect data is entered, mis-scanned, mis-configured, or physically mis-labelled, the system may still process it consistently — but the result can be wrong in the real world. That is GIGO.
12.2 No economic liability for user-side physical discrepancy
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbita shall not be liable for economic damages, penalties, reconciliation costs, lost sales, production stoppages, or third-party claims arising from inventory variance where the root cause is user-side data inaccuracy or physical label errors.
12. 数据准确性(GIGO)与库存“物理真相”
12.1 GIGO 原则
FAOS 的运营输出(含库存结存、拣配指引与异常处理)取决于上游输入数据的质量与正确性。
若录入错误、扫描错误、配置错误或实体标签粘贴/打印错误,系统仍可能“逻辑自洽地”处理,但现实结果可能错误;此即 GIGO(垃圾进,垃圾出)。
12.2 用户侧物理差异导致的经济责任排除
在法律允许的最大范围内,若库存差异的根因可归因于用户侧数据不准确或实体标签错误,Orbita 不就因此产生的经济损失、罚款、对账成本、销售损失、停产损失或第三方索赔承担赔偿责任。
12. Ketepatan data (GIGO) dan “kebenaran fizikal” inventori
12.1 Prinsip GIGO
Output operasi FAOS (termasuk baki inventori, panduan pick/pack, dan pengendalian pengecualian) bergantung kepada kualiti dan ketepatan input huluan.
Jika data dimasukkan secara salah, disimbah salah, dikonfigurasikan salah, atau label fizikal salah, sistem masih boleh memproses secara konsisten — tetapi hasil dunia sebenar mungkin salah. Itulah GIGO.
12.2 Tiada liabiliti ekonomi bagi percanggahan fizikal di pihak pengguna
Setakat maksimum dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, Orbita tidak bertanggungjawab atas kerosakan ekonomi, penalti, kos penyelarasan, kehilangan jualan, henti pengeluaran, atau tuntutan pihak ketiga yang timbul daripada varians inventori apabila punca utama ialah ketidaktepatan data di pihak pengguna atau kesilapan label fizikal.
33. Mandatory physical workflow logic (Iron FIFO and atomic settlement)
Iron FIFO (and comparable sequencing / integrity rules where enabled) is a system-enforced capability, not an optional “preference”.
FAOS may reject or block operations that violate configured physical logic (including non-sequential scans or attempts that would break atomic settlement / integrity constraints). This may surface as workflow friction, UI blocks, or HTTP-style error responses (for example, 409 Conflict) in integrated clients.
By using FAOS, you expressly agree that you will not claim damages, SLA credits, penalties, lost productivity, or commercial losses arising from such enforcement, including delays caused by interception when the system is operating as designed.
33. 物理流程强制性(Iron FIFO 与原子结算)
Iron FIFO(以及在启用情况下的同类顺序/完整性规则)属于系统强制能力,而非可随意关闭的“偏好设置”。
FAOS 可拒绝或拦截违反已配置物理逻辑的操作(包括非顺序扫码或可能破坏原子结算/完整性约束的尝试)。其表现可能为流程摩擦、界面拦截,或在集成客户端中出现类 HTTP 的错误响应(例如 409 Conflict)。
使用 FAOS 即表示您明确同意:不就此类强制执行主张损害赔偿、SLA 抵扣、罚金、产能损失或商业损失,包括在系统设计工作方式下因拦截导致的延迟。
33. Logik aliran kerja fizikal mandatori (Iron FIFO dan penyelesaian atomik)
Iron FIFO (dan peraturan urutan / integriti yang setara apabila diaktifkan) ialah keupayaan dikuatkuasakan sistem, bukan “keutamaan” pilihan.
FAOS boleh menolak atau menyekat operasi yang melanggar logik fizikal yang dikonfigurasikan (termasuk imbasan tidak bersiri atau percubaan yang akan memecahkan penyelesaian atomik / kekangan integriti). Ini mungkin kelihatan sebagai geseran aliran kerja, sekatan UI, atau respons ralat bergaya HTTP (contohnya 409 Conflict) dalam klien bersepadu.
Dengan menggunakan FAOS, anda bersetuju secara nyata bahawa anda tidak akan menuntut ganti rugi, kredit SLA, penalti, kehilangan produktiviti, atau kerugian komersial yang timbul daripada penguatkuasaan sedemikian, termasuk kelewatan akibat penyekatan apabila sistem beroperasi seperti yang direka.
34. Atlas-assisted diagnostics (non-probative)
Where FAOS includes Atlas-assisted diagnostics, summaries, suggestions, or workflow guidance, those outputs are assistive and may be incomplete, probabilistic, or context-limited.
Atlas outputs are not legal proof, statutory filings, audit evidence, or a substitute for professional judgment. You must independently verify any conclusion before relying on it for compliance, litigation, or regulatory submissions.
34. Atlas 辅助诊断(不具有法律证明效力)
若 FAOS 包含 Atlas 辅助诊断、摘要、建议或流程指引,该等输出属于辅助性质,且可能不完整、具有概率性或受上下文限制。
Atlas 输出不构成法律证明、法定申报文件、审计证据,也不能替代专业人员判断。在用于合规、诉讼或监管报送前,您必须独立核实任何结论。
34. Diagnostik dibantu Atlas (bukan bukti undang-undang)
Jika FAOS merangkumi diagnostik dibantu Atlas, ringkasan, cadangan, atau panduan aliran kerja, output tersebut adalah pembantu dan mungkin tidak lengkap, berkebarangkalian, atau terhad konteks.
Output Atlas bukan bukti undang-undang, pemfailan statutori, bukti audit, atau pengganti pertimbangan profesional. Anda mesti mengesahkan secara bebas sebarang kesimpulan sebelum bergantung padanya untuk pematuhan, litigasi, atau penyerahan kawal selia.
35. Non-advisory status and E-Invoice Preview scope
Orbita FAOS is a software tool. It is not an accountant, tax agent, auditor, lawyer, or compliance consultant.
Any E-Invoice Preview (or similar export-only / pre-validation artefacts exposed in FAOS) is provided for internal operational reference only.
Formal tax compliance filings, statutory submissions, and regulatory sign-off must be performed by your qualified professional advisors. Orbita does not submit filings on your behalf unless a separate, expressly contracted service states otherwise.
35. 非专业咨询声明与电子发票预览范围
Orbita FAOS 是软件工具,不是会计师、税务代理、审计师、律师或合规顾问。
FAOS 中展示的任何电子发票预览(E-Invoice Preview)(或同类“仅导出/预校验”材料)仅供内部运营参考。
正式的税务合规申报、法定报送与监管签署必须由客户具备资质的专业人员执行。除非另有单独书面约定服务,Orbita 不会代您完成对外报送。
35. Status bukan nasihat dan skop Pratonton E-Invois
Orbita FAOS ialah alat perisian. Ia bukan akauntan, ejen cukai, juruaudit, peguam, atau perunding pematuhan.
Sebarang Pratonton E-Invois (atau artifak “eksport sahaja / pra-pengesahan” yang serupa dalam FAOS) disediakan untuk rujukan operasi dalaman sahaja.
Pemfailan pematuhan cukai formal, penyerahan statutori, dan kelulusan kawal selia mesti dilaksanakan oleh penasihat profesional bertauliah anda. Orbita tidak menyerahkan pemfailan bagi pihak anda melainkan perkhidmatan berkontrak secara nyata menyatakan sebaliknya.
36. Platform capacity, verification duty, email transport, and commercial/logistics boundaries
Orbita FAOS / Orbita is a software platform, not a logistics carrier, freight forwarder, customs broker, bank, payment adjudicator, or governmental tax or regulatory authority. Nothing in the user interface or documentation should be read as creating an agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship.
The Service is provided as-is and as-available. Unless a separate written SLA expressly states otherwise, Orbita does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that every feature will meet your internal policies.
All operational decisions remain your responsibility. You must independently verify orders, commercial terms, delivery addresses, quantities, pricing, tax treatment, and any system-generated documents (including invoices, delivery records, exports, labels, or inventory movements) before you execute, issue, ship, file, report, rely on commercially, or present them externally.
Operational and financial reliance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbita is not liable for financial losses, incorrect or disputed invoices, tax adjustments, customs assessments, disputes with end customers over delivery or quality, contractual penalties, or consequential damages arising primarily from inaccurate data supplied by Users, counterparties’ conduct, carriers, customs, clearing networks, accounting choices, or on-site warehouse practices — even where the Service calculated or displayed values based on such data (see also Section 34 on assistive features).
Outbound email and SMTP. Where invoice or transactional email is transmitted using Customer-configured SMTP, sender identities, SPF/DKIM/DMARC posture, inbox provider rules, spam filters, quotas, attachment limits, DNS, or integrations, successful delivery depends on Customer configuration and third-party networks. Orbita does not warrant message delivery, timing, placement in the recipient’s inbox, or post-delivery compliance with record-keeping rules.
36. 平台能力边界、核验义务、邮件投递与商业/物流角色
Orbita FAOS / Orbita 是软件平台,不构成物流承运人、货代、报关行、银行、支付裁定机构或政府税务/监管机构;界面与文档亦不构成代理、合伙或信义关系。
服务按现状与可用性提供。除另行书面 SLA明确约定外,Orbita 不保证不间断运行、无错误运行或每一功能均满足贵司内部制度。
一切运营决策仍由贵方负责。贵方必须在执行对外行为前自行核实订单、商务条款、交付地址、数量、价格、涉税处理以及系统生成的任何单据或记录(含发票、出库/交付相关材料、导出、标签或库存异动等)。
经营与金额依赖:在法律允许的最大范围内,若主要原因来自贵方录入数据不真实、不完整、交易对手/承运方/清关通道/会计核算或现场仓储作业等因素,即使系统基于该类数据给出计算或展示,Orbita 对财务损失、发票争议、税务调整或交付争议等不承担赔偿责任(参见第34条辅助功能说明)。
出站邮件 / SMTP:若经由客户配置的发件通道、SMTP、SPF/DKIM/DMARC、收件方邮箱策略、垃圾箱与黑白名单策略、配额与域名解析等投递,成功与否取决于配置与第三方网络;Orbita 不保证送达、时点或收件箱落点。
36. Kapasiti platform, kewajipan pengesahan, penghantaran e-mel, dan sempadan komersial/logistik
Orbita FAOS / Orbita ialah platform perisian, bukan pembawa logistik, penerus barang, broker kastam, bank, penimbang bayaran, atau autoriti cukai/kerajaan. Tiada apa-apa antara muka atau dokumentasi boleh ditafsirkan sebagai agensi, perkongsian, atau hubungan fiduciary.
Perkhidmatan disampaikan seperti sedia ada dan ikut ketersediaan. Melainkan SLA bertulis berasingan menyatakan nyata lain, Orbita tidak menjamin masa operasi tanpa gangguan, bebas ralat, atau setiap ciri akan memenuhi polisi dalaman anda.
Semua keputusan operasi kekal menjadi tanggungjawab anda. Anda mesti mengesahkan secara bebas pesanan, terma komersial, alamat penghantaran, kuantiti, harga, perlakuan cukai, serta sebarang dokumen atau rekod yang dijana sistem (termasuk invois, bahan penghantaran, eksport, label, atau pergerakan inventori) sebelum melaksanakan, mengeluarkan, menghantar, memfailkan, menggunakan secara komersial, atau mempamerkannya ke pihak luar.
Bergantungan kewangan/operasi. Setakat maksimum dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, Orbita tidak bertanggungjawab atas kerugian kewangan, invois salah atau disputed, pelarasan cukai, penilaian kastam, pertikaian penghantaran dengan pelanggan akhir, penalti kontrak atau kerosakan susulan yang timbul terutamanya daripada data pengguna palsu/kurang lengkap, tindakan rakan konteer, pembawa pihak ketiga, pilihan perakaunan, atau amalan operasi gudang di tapak — termasuk bilamana Platform mengira atau mempaparkan nilai berdasarkan data tersebut (lihat Seksyen 34 berkenaan ciri bantuan).
E-mel keluar / SMTP: Jika penghantaran invois atau transaksi melalui SMTP/identiti penghantar yang anda konfigurasikan, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sekatan pembekal peti masuk penapis spam, kuota, DNS, atau integrasi, penghantaran bergantung pada konfigurasi anda dan rangkaian pihak ketiga; Orbita tidak menjamin penyampaian, masa, atau penempatan dalam peti masuk penerima.
37. Subscription non-refundability, cancellation, third-party email, strict risk acceptance
37.1 No refund (strict). All subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided under any circumstances, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. By using the Service, you agree that access to the platform constitutes full delivery of the Service for the applicable prepaid period.
37.2 Cancellation. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but will not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access to the platform will remain available until the end of the active subscription term, after which the account may be restricted or suspended in accordance with product rules and your plan.
37.3 Zero liability (strict allocation). Orbita is a software platform only. All operational decisions — including without limitation order handling, delivery confirmation, invoicing, and financial actions — are the sole responsibility of the User. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbita does not assume liability for business losses, financial discrepancies, delivery disputes, or operational errors arising from use of the platform.
37.4 User must verify. All system outputs, including invoices, delivery records, financial data, and notifications, must be independently reviewed and verified by the User before reliance, execution, filing, reporting, or external presentation.
37.5 Email and SMTP. Email functionality may rely on User-provided third-party services (for example SMTP providers). Orbita does not guarantee successful delivery, receipt, timing, inbox placement, or accuracy of any email communications and is not responsible for failures caused by third-party services, misconfiguration, quotas, DNS/reputation posture, or recipient-side filtering.
37.6 Use at own risk. Use of the platform is at the User's own risk, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement that expressly states additional commitments.
37. 订阅不可退款、取消、第三方邮件与风险自担(强化条款)
37.1 不可退款(严格)。所有订阅费用原则上不予退款。订阅一经激活,除适用法律项下强制性且不得以合同排除的例外外,在任何情形下不提供退款、抵扣或部分返还。使用本服务即表示您同意:在相应预付周期内,获得平台访问权限即视为该周期服务已完整交付。
37.2 取消。您可随时取消订阅。取消将停止未来续费,但不影响当前计费周期已应付费用。在当前订阅期限届满前,您通常仍可继续使用平台;届满后,账户可能依据产品与套餐规则被限制或暂停。
37.3 责任界限(严格分配)。Orbita 仅提供软件平台。一切运营决策——包括但不限于订单处理、交付确认、开票及财务动作——均由用户自行承担全部责任。在法律允许的最大范围内,Orbita 对因使用平台而产生的经营损失、金额差异、交付争议或操作错误不承担责任。
37.4 用户必须核验。所有系统输出(含发票、交付记录、财务数据与通知)在依赖、执行、对外报送或展示前,必须由用户独立审阅并核实。
37.5 电子邮件与 SMTP。邮件能力可能依赖用户自行提供的第三方服务(例如 SMTP)。Orbita 不保证任何邮件的送达、接收、时点、收件箱落点或内容准确性,并对因第三方服务、配置错误、配额、DNS/信誉策略或收件方过滤等导致的失败不承担责任。
37.6 自担风险。使用本平台的风险由用户自行承担,但仍受适用法律及任何另行书面协议中明确承诺的约束。
37. Langganan tidak boleh bayar balik, pembatalan, e-mel pihak ketiga, dan penerimaan risiko ketat
37.1 Tiada bayaran balik (ketat). Semua langganan adalah tidak boleh bayar balik. Setelah langganan diaktifkan, tiada bayaran balik, kredit, atau pampasan separuh akan diberikan kecuali undang-undang mandatori yang terpakai di bidang kuasa anda menghendaki sebaliknya dan tidak boleh dikecualikan secara sah melalui kontrak. Dengan menggunakan Perkhidmatan, anda bersetuju bahawa akses kepada platform merupakan penghantaran penuh Perkhidmatan bagi tempoh prabayar yang berkenaan.
37.2 Pembatalan. Pengguna boleh membatalkan langganan pada bila-bila masa. Pembatalan akan menghentikan pengebilan akan datang, tetapi tidak memberikan bayaran balik untuk tempoh pengebilan semasa. Akses kepada platform kekal tersedia sehingga tamat tempoh langganan aktif, selepas itu akaun mungkin dihadkan atau digantung mengikut peraturan produk dan pelan anda.
37.3 Liabiliti sifar (peruntukan ketat). Orbita ialah platform perisian sahaja. Semua keputusan operasi — termasuk tanpa had pengendalian pesanan, pengesahan penghantaran, invois, dan tindakan kewangan — adalah tanggungjawab mutlak Pengguna. Setakat maksimum dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, Orbita tidak menganggap liabiliti untuk kerugian perniagaan, percanggahan kewangan, pertikaian penghantaran, atau ralat operasi yang timbul daripada penggunaan platform.
37.4 Pengguna mesti mengesahkan. Semua output sistem, termasuk invois, rekod penghantaran, data kewangan, dan pemberitahuan, mesti disemak dan disahkan secara bebas oleh Pengguna sebelum bergantung, melaksana, memfailkan, melaporkan, atau mempamerkan kepada pihak luar.
37.5 E-mel dan SMTP. Fungsi e-mel mungkin bergantung pada perkhidmatan pihak ketiga yang dibekalkan Pengguna (contohnya pembekal SMTP). Orbita tidak menjamin penghantaran berjaya, penerimaan, masa, penempatan peti masuk, atau ketepatan sebarang komunikasi e-mel dan tidak bertanggungjawab atas kegagalan yang disebabkan oleh perkhidmatan pihak ketiga, salah konfigurasi, kuota, postur DNS/reputasi, atau penapisan di pihak penerima.
37.6 Penggunaan atas risiko sendiri. Penggunaan platform adalah atas risiko Pengguna sendiri, tertakluk kepada undang-undang yang terpakai dan sebarang perjanjian bertulis berasingan yang menyatakan komitmen tambahan secara nyata.
38. User confirmation, “tool-only” capacity, broad liability exclusion, data commercialisation, and non-authoritative automation
38.1 User confirmation (strict). All actions performed through the platform require User review and confirmation where the product workflow provides for it, and Users remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all data — including without limitation orders, delivery records, invoices, and financial information — before any reliance or execution. Orbita does not validate or guarantee the correctness of User-generated or system-generated data.
38.2 Software tool only. Orbita provides a software platform designed to facilitate operational workflows. Orbita does not act as a logistics provider, financial authority, auditor, regulator, or decision-making entity for your business. All operational decisions remain solely with the User.
38.3 Broad liability exclusion. Without limiting Sections 34–37, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orbita shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation financial loss, delivery disputes, business interruption, reputational harm, or data inaccuracies arising from use of the platform. All use of the platform is at the User's own risk.
38.4 No commercial sale or sharing of User data (with lawful disclosure carve-out). Orbita does not sell, rent, or share User data with third parties for commercial purposes. User data is used solely for the operation and improvement of the platform (and compatible purposes described in the Privacy Policy). Data may be disclosed only where required by applicable law, legal process, or regulatory obligations, or where necessary to protect the integrity and security of the Service (for example to subprocessors bound by confidentiality and processing terms).
38.5 Automated outputs are not “automatically correct”. The platform may provide automated outputs or suggestions. Such outputs are provided for convenience only and must not be treated as authoritative or final without User verification (see also Section 34 on assistive features).
38. 用户确认、「仅为工具」定位、责任排除、数据商业化限制及非权威自动化输出
38.1 用户确认(严格)。凡通过本平台执行的操作,在产品流程要求之处均需用户审阅与确认;用户对在依赖或执行前自行核实所有数据的准确性与完整性承担唯一责任,包括但不限于订单、交付记录、发票与财务信息。Orbita不验证亦不保证用户生成或系统生成数据的正确性。
38.2 仅为软件工具。Orbita 提供用于协助运营流程的软件平台,不构成物流承运方、金融监管机构、审计/监管机构或贵司业务的决策主体。一切运营决策仍仅由用户自行作出并承担。
38.3 责任范围排除(宽泛表述)。在不限制第34–37条的前提下,在法律允许的最大范围内,Orbita 对任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害均不承担责任,包括但不限于财务损失、交付争议、业务中断、声誉损害或因使用平台而产生的数据不准确等。使用本平台的风险由用户自行承担。
38.4 数据不作商业性出售或共享(依法披露除外)。Orbita不出售、不出租、不因商业目的与第三方共享用户数据。用户数据仅用于平台运营与改进(及隐私政策中相容的目的)。仅在适用法律、法定程序或监管义务要求,或为保护服务的完整性与安全所必需时方可披露(例如受保密与处理条款约束的子处理者)。
38.5 自动化输出不等于“自动正确”。平台可能提供自动化输出或建议;该等输出仅为便利,未经用户核验不得视为具有权威性或终局性(亦见第34条辅助功能说明)。

38.1 Pengesahan pengguna (ketat). Semua tindakan yang dilakukan melalui platform memerlukan semakan dan pengesahan Pengguna di mana aliran kerja produk menghendakinya, dan Pengguna kekal bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya untuk mengesahkan ketepatan dan kesempurnaan semua data — termasuk tanpa had pesanan, rekod penghantaran, invois, dan maklumat kewangan — sebelum sebarang pergantungan atau pelaksanaan. Orbita tidak mengesahkan atau menjamin ketepatan data yang dijana pengguna atau sistem.
38.2 Alat perisian sahaja. Orbita menyediakan platform perisian direka untuk memudahkan aliran kerja operasi. Orbita tidak bertindak sebagai pembekal logistik, autoriti kewangan, juruaudit, pengawal selia, atau entiti pembuat keputusan untuk perniagaan anda. Semua keputusan operasi kekal sepenuhnya dengan Pengguna.
38.3 Pengecualian liabiliti luas. Tanpa mengehadkan Seksyen 34–37, setakat maksimum dibenarkan oleh undang-undang yang terpakai, Orbita tidak bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kerosakan langsung, tidak langsung, insidental, khas, atau susulan, termasuk tanpa had kerugian kewangan, pertikaian penghantaran, gangguan perniagaan, kerosakan reputasi, atau ketidaktepatan data yang timbul daripada penggunaan platform. Semua penggunaan platform adalah atas risiko Pengguna sendiri.
38.4 Tiada jualan/sewa/perkongsian data Pengguna untuk tujuan komersial (dengan pengecualian pendedahan sah). Orbita tidak menjual, menyewa, atau berkongsi data Pengguna dengan pihak ketiga untuk tujuan komersial. Data Pengguna digunakan semata-mata untuk operasi dan penambahbaikan platform (dan tujuan serasi yang diterangkan dalam Dasar Privasi). Data hanya boleh didedahkan apabila dikehendaki oleh undang-undang yang terpakai, proses undang-undang, atau kewajipan kawal selia, atau apabila perlu untuk melindungi integriti dan keselamatan Perkhidmatan (contohnya kepada subpemproses yang terikat dengan kerahsiaan dan terma pemprosesan).
38.5 Output automasi bukan “automatik betul”. Platform mungkin menyediakan output atau cadangan automasi. Output sedemikian disediakan untuk kemudahan sahaja dan tidak boleh dianggap sebagai mutlak atau muktamad tanpa pengesahan Pengguna (lihat juga Seksyen 34 berkenaan ciri bantuan).
