What is this workflow?

What is it?

在 制造 模块创建生产运行：选成品 → 配方 → 数量 → 执行生产（Execute production） 锁定 exection snapshot；再 应用库存入账（Apply to inventory） 把 FG/RM 变动写入 commercial product master（及后续车间释放链）。

何时使用： 已发布成品 + 有效配方；车间要跑一批 FG。

前提： 公司 product entitlement 且 env 门控；否则 404。

Who uses it?

应该使用： 生产计划员、车间主管、制造模块操作员。

不应使用： 无 manufacturing entitlement 的 WMS 员；财务过账员（本链不替代 GL）。

Starting conditions

需要先具备：

• 成品已在制造 registry Published 且 可生产
• 有效 Formula（BOM）已发布
• RM 库存满足 Inventory check（预览区）

Draft 产品不可 Execute — 须 Product Workspace 发布（related workflow 制造 lane）。

How do I use it?

创建并 Execute

1. 打开 /manufacturing/executions。
2. Create Production Run 区 → 浏览产品。
3. 模态 浏览制造产品：筛 可生产 / 成品 / 制造原料 / Published / 全部 / Draft；搜索框 细化搜索（可选）…
4. 点行载入 — hint：点击行以将此产品载入生产运行。
5. 主表显示 SKU、Product、Role、Formula 状态。
6. 生产目的：内部库存（默认）或 客户 / OEM（选后者须 — 选择客户 —）。
7. Quantity 数量 + Unit 单位（可 Auto placeholder）。
8. 批次信息：批次号（只读自动生成）、Run date、Operator（只读）。
9. 右侧由空 Select a published product with an active formula to preview material requirements. → 显示 Material requirements 表（原料 / 基础数量 / 损耗 / 最终需求）。
10. 读 Inventory check 物料状态。
11. 可选 Override version 展开 Formula version 下拉。
12. 保存草稿 — 仅本机保存输入（保存草稿仅在本机保存输入，不会执行生产。）
13. 就绪后点 执行生产（未就绪时 disabled）。
14. Execute 成功 banner 例：生产运行已锁定。就绪后可 Apply 至库存。 / 已过账 — 请继续释放车间领料或应用库存入账。
15. Run detail 模态（运行 detail）→ 关闭。

Apply to inventory

1. 从 history 或 run inspector 进 应用库存入账 页（或导航 Apply to inventory）。
2. 若需先 释放车间领料 / 确认过账 — 按 banner 顺序点 释放车间领料、确认过账（状态机 gate）。
3. 当 Ready to apply → 点 应用库存入账。
4. 成功：库存已应用。 或已应用：此运行的库存已应用。
5. 财务桥未完成时：库存引用已更新，但财务桥接未完成… — 找支持。

Common situations

• Execute disabled：配方 draft、RM 不足、未选产品
• 物料预留未就绪 — 请先点「释放车间领料」。
• Inventory apply is partially complete — contact support.
• OEM 无客户：客户 / OEM 生产须选择客户。
• Browse empty：此筛选下无产品。

Expected result

• Run history 有行；status posted/applied
• /inventory FG qty 增、RM 减（apply 后）
• Cost snapshot 与 Live preview cost 分离 labeled
• Banner 库存已应用。

Why might it stop?

What not to do

• 不要对 Draft 产品 执行生产
• 不要 skip 释放车间领料 硬 Apply（若 banner 要求）
• 不要在 Office Inventory 手改 qty 冒充 Apply
• 不要 WMS 收货代替 FG apply

What happens next

Office /inventory — 查 FG qty & product_cost

related workflow — 若 FG 需首次 WMS 上架

Product Workspace — 下一 SKU 配方维护

Supervisor notes

• Execute ≠ Apply — 两 POST 分离；cost snapshot 在 execute
• CRM 开 manufacturing；closed-door internal only 默认
• 员工不能改 BOM 行 cost 手输（derived only）
• Finance GL bridge 可能 NOT IMPLEMENTED partial — 看 banner
