What is it?
创建销售报价单：草稿保存、正式 Issue 给客户，并可采纳为客户默认价。
Who uses it?
应该使用： 销售员、销售主管。
不应使用： WMS 仓管员。
How to reach this workflow
Office → SALES → Quotations（/office/quotations）
Starting conditions
需要先具备： 客户（related workflow）、产品（related workflow）；Issue 前需先 Save draft。
How do I use it?
- 打开 Quotations（
/office/quotations）。
- 点击 New quotation 新建。
- 选择 Customer（必须先选客户）。
- 填写 Valid until、Quote no（若可编辑）、Notes。
- 用 Find SKU 搜索产品，Load products 加载行。
- 填写各行数量与单价（按页面列）。
- 点击 Save draft → Draft saved.
- 核对后点击 Issue → Quotation issued.
- 可选：Adopt selected as customer price 写回 related workflow 客户定价。
- 作废：Void（按权限与状态）。
- Refresh 刷新列表。
Common situations
- 仅 Save draft 未 Issue
- Issue 前忘 Save → Save draft first.
- Save failed / Issue failed
- 采纳价到 related workflow
Expected result
- Draft saved. 或 Quotation issued.
- 列表 Status 正确
- 采纳后客户 override 价更新（related workflow）
Why might it stop?

What not to do
- 不要未 Save 就 Issue
- 不要把报价价当仓库成本
- 不要在 Void 后仍当有效报价发给客户
