Compliance & Scope

What FAOS does, and what FAOS does not do.

What FAOS Provides

FAOS provides structured operational records, workflow controls, and audit logs to support internal operations. It helps reduce manual mistakes and improves traceability in document-heavy B2B workflows.

What FAOS Does Not Provide

Customers remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and for verifying outputs before use for business or regulatory purposes.

Audit Trail vs Statutory Audit

When FAOS uses the term “audit”, it refers to audit trail and operational auditability (traceability of actions), not statutory audit.
