Export Logs

Data exports are considered high-risk operations because they may transfer structured records outside the system boundary. For this reason, FAOS records export-related activities for accountability and review.

What Is Considered an Export

What May Be Logged

Purpose

Export logs support internal governance, audit preparation, dispute resolution, and investigation of unusual activity.

Access Control

Export functionality may be restricted by role. High-risk exports may require elevated permissions depending on configuration.

Limitations

Once exported, data leaves the FAOS system boundary. FAOS does not control how exported files are stored, transmitted, or shared outside the platform. Customers remain responsible for protecting exported data.
