What is this workflow?

What is it?

首次登录公司 Office 时，Orbita 会把您带到 Atlas 首次运行引导页（/office/ai/welcome），直到四项核心设置完成、整体就绪允许正常进入 Office。

为什么需要： 没有公司资料、邮件收单、客户下单入口（Slug）和库存 SKU，FAOS 无法可靠收单、匹配品名、进入后续订单流程。

什么时候用： 公司工作区首次登录；或 atlas_onboarded 未完成、就绪评估未通过时（系统会 fail-closed 重定向回本页）。

Who uses it?

应该使用： 公司管理员（Company admin）——完成 Core setup tasks 清单。

不应使用： 仅 WMS 手机作业员（走 /scan/portal 等独立入口，不经此 Office 引导）。

权限说明： 非管理员可 Enter Workspace 或 Skip and go to workspace 进入工作区，但清单上的 Open … Settings 操作需 Company administrator access；否则会提示需用公司管理员账号登录。

How to reach this workflow

登录 Orbita（公司工作区）

→ 访问 GET /office

→ 若未 onboarded / 就绪未通过 → 自动跳转 /office/ai/welcome

→ 页面标题区：Welcome to FAOS

→ 主区：Atlas first-run mission · Core setup tasks

页内导航链接（可选）： Office · Atlas Control Tower · Support

Voice 区（可选）： Voice: On · Replay

Starting conditions

需要先具备： 公司工作区登录账号；公司管理员权限（若要逐项完成设置）。

注意：

• Skip and go to workspace ≠ Complete onboarding — Skip 不等于完成设置，仅暂时进入工作区。
• 公司工作区不允许因超时/错误而 fail-open 跳过引导（应回到 welcome）。
• 开发 bypass token 仅限开发环境，生产操作员不应依赖。

How do I use it?

1. 登录后若被带到 /office/ai/welcome，阅读 Atlas first-run mission 说明。

1. 查看进度 pill：Core setup progress: · Order intake readiness: · Overall:

1. 在 Core setup tasks 卡片查看四项任务（加载完成后显示，非 Loading setup status…）。

1. 任务 1 — Company Profile

- 点击 Open Company Settings → 跳转 /settings/company?atlas_setup_return=welcome

- 补齐公司资料（出现在单据与客户记录上的信息）

- 保存后返回 welcome，任务状态应变 complete

1. 任务 2 — Email Settings + App Password

- 点击 Open Email Settings → /settings/email?atlas_setup_return=welcome

- 配置收单邮箱与应用密码/凭证

- 可选：本页 Run email connection test 验证连接

1. 任务 3 — Slug Setup

- 点击 Open Slug Setup → /settings/order-page?atlas_setup_return=welcome

- 设置唯一、有效的客户门户/直下单 Slug

1. 任务 4 — Inventory Products

- 点击 Open Inventory Manager → /inventory?atlas_setup_return=welcome

- 至少建立可匹配订单行的 SKU 基础（见 related workflow）

1. 四项均为 complete 后，Core setup progress 应显示 4/4；Overall 与 Order intake readiness 趋向 ready。

1. 若已满足就绪规则，点击 Enter Workspace 进入正常 Office（/office）。

1. 若仍需先处理业务、设置未齐，可点击 Skip and go to workspace — 系统会记录 Skip，不等于 onboarding 完成。

1. 右侧 Readiness summary 查看 Core Setup · Order Intake 指标与 Missing requirements 列表。

1. Quick tools： Run email connection test · Open Email Settings · Slug check 区（如有）用于验证而不离开本页。

1. 完成全部核心任务且产品规则允许时，系统写入 atlas_onboarded，后续 GET /office 不再强制跳 welcome。

1. 完成后可继续使用 related workflow Atlas Ask 查状态（只读）。

Common situations

Expected result

• Core setup progress: 4/4
• Overall / Order intake readiness 为 ready（或产品定义的等价就绪文案）
• Missing requirements 为空或仅提示性项
• 再次访问 /office 不再强制跳转 /office/ai/welcome
• atlas_onboarded 为 true（管理员可在后台/审计核对）

Why might it stop?

What not to do

• 不要把 Skip and go to workspace 当成「已经设置完成」
• 不要在没有 Inventory Products 的情况下期望订单自动匹配 SKU
• 不要用非管理员账号强行认为设置已齐
• 不要在生产环境依赖 dev bypass

What happens next

正常 /office 工作区 → related workflow 订单 intake → related workflow Atlas Ask（只读问答）

Supervisor notes

Welcome 引导是 永久产品义务（不可 silent 删除）。Skip 不得写入 atlas_onboarded=true。就绪评估失败应 fail-closed 到 welcome（公司工作区）。
