What is it?

牛肉 Carcass 标本流程：每一头牛 = 一个 Variable 单位；扫 VAR → 输入实际重量 → 确认。仅 收货已实现；分割/加工未实现。

Who uses it?

应该使用： 肉类收货码头员工。

不应使用： 期望在系统里做 Carcass 加工的操作员（无此功能）。

How to reach this workflow

与 related workflow 相同：Scan Portal 供应商进货 → 收货入库 → 选 PO（如 5 HEAD）→ Variable overlay。

Starting conditions

需要先具备： 产品 related workflow 设 Variable=ON，Carton/Pallet/Rack 全 OFF；PO 行按 HEAD；每头有 VAR 标签。

注意： 不要尝试「Carcass 加工」菜单（不存在）。

How do I use it?

  1. 确认 PO 数量为 HEAD（例：5 HEAD）。
  1. 扫第一头 VAR-CARCASS-* 标签。
  1. 输入该头 实际重量（kg）（例 327.6）。
  1. 点击 Confirm。
  1. 贴标签/对应实体，准备下一头。
  1. 重复直至 5 头全部 RECEIVED。
  1. 不要寻找「加工」按钮——系统会阻止 CARCASS_PROCESSING。

Common situations

  • 5 头循环
  • 最后一头完成后 PO 行关闭
  • 误扫已收 VAR
  • 员工问「加工在哪」→ 答 NOT IMPLEMENTED

Expected result

PO HEAD 进度满；每 VAR 状态 RECEIVED；无加工任务出现是正常的。

Why might it stop?

情况员工怎么做
找加工功能告知未上线，联系主管线下处理
WEIGHT_REQUIRED输入 kg
UNIT_ALREADY_RECEIVED该头已收，换下一 VAR

What not to do

  • 不要编造加工步骤
  • 不要跳过称重
  • 不要把多头扫成同一 VAR
