What is this workflow?

What is it?

在同一仓库内把库存从来源货架（RA）搬到目标货架（RB）：整托转移或按货品/散箱转移。Hero 分步：先 RA → 选类型 → 再 RB，防止跳步。

何时使用： Portal 库内移库；Staging→Rack 物理归位；Rack→Rack 内部调拨。

Who uses it?

应该使用： 仓库 floor 作业员（PWA /scan/transfer）。

不应使用： 供应商进货、客户出货主 lane（related workflow 两套不交叉）。

Starting conditions

需要先具备：

  • WMS 登录与 floor 权限
  • 来源货架上有可转移库存（RA 标签 RACK- 或 LOC-）
  • 目标货架空位或可容纳（RB 同前缀规则）

勿与： 出库拣货、收货上架混在同一任务链。

How do I use it?

A. 整托转移

  1. 打开移库页，摄像头 Starting camera… / 摄像头已开启（或扫描枪 wedge）。
  2. 扫 来源货架标签 (RA) — 提示：🔍 请扫描来源货架标签 (RA)。
  3. 来源内容表出现；多托时点选一行（点选一行以选择整托移动的托盘。）。
  4. 点 🚛 转移整托。
  5. 扫 目标货架 (RB) — 🎯 请扫描目标货架 (RB)。
  6. 弹出 上架目标位（请确认） 对话框，显示目标码。
  7. 确认无误点 确认上架；扫错点 扫错架 重扫。
  8. 成功 overlay：✅ 转移成功 + 路径 [RA] ➔ [RB]。

B. 按货品/散箱转移

  1. 扫 RA 后点 📦 按货品/散箱转移。
  2. 扫货品条码 — 📦 扫描货品条码（每次按 Ratio 累加）；篮子表用 ± 调箱数。
  3. 篮子空时提示：篮子为空 — 请扫货品条码。
  4. 点 ✓ 完成清单 — 进入待搬运队列。
  5. 进入 📦 待搬运清单 Hub；选任务点 开始上架（扫 RB） 或 新任务 — 请扫来源货架 (RA)。
  6. 扫 RB → 同样 确认上架 / 扫错架 流程。
  7. 成功后可 🅿️ 暂停搬运 — 任务列表 挂起多任务。

Common situations

  • 来源无 pallet_barcode：📦 来源货位上的库存未绑定托盘条码…请用按货品/散箱转移
  • 多托同架：须 点选一行
  • 混 SKU：单次移动请只扫同一 SKU。
  • 任务丢失：找不到该任务，请重新打开任务列表。
  • 暂停后多任务：Hub 战场全景 — 点选任务后按「开始上架」，再扫目标位 (RB)。

Expected result

  • Overlay ✅ 转移成功
  • 摘要行 已转移 — {from} — {to}
  • /wms/ledger 货架 transfer / Rack move KPI 增加
  • 来源架 qty 减、目标架 qty 增（/wms/rack-map 可视）

  • 不要在按品模式未 完成清单 就扫 RB
  • 不要把出货/收货 lane 与移库混做
  • 不要对无 LP 的架强行 转移整托

Quick steps

整托：扫 RA → 转移整托 → 扫 RB → 确认上架

散箱：扫 RA → 按货品转移 → 扫品 ± → 完成清单 → Hub 开始上架 → 扫 RB → 确认

Supervisor notes

  • Hero transfer session 存服务端；Hub 为 battlefield 队列
  • 员工不能改 ratio/profile；缺绑定回收货/related workflow 托盘中心
  • 429/authority 变更时作业员刷新 Portal 重开任务
  • 与 /wms/exception-control disposition 分工：Reject 缓冲见 related workflow
