Starting conditions
需要先具备：
- 真实 inbound 意图（PO receive、生产入库等）；Office 仅建产品不会出现在此（空态说明已写）。
注意：
- 本页 Desk Monitor — 无 Floor Execution (PWA) 变异执行按钮（与 Receive desk 分工）。

How do I use it?
- 打开 Inbound Control；读 KPI / 监控条（若启用
wms-desktop-monitoring）。 - 用 Filters 收窄列表：
- Status（All (grouped below) / awaiting_receive / partial / …）
- Source type · Inbound / keyword · Carton code / barcode
- Updated from/to · Limit · Overdue only
- 点 Apply filters；重置用 Reset。
- 主区 Awaiting Receive 表：优先处理逾期（overdue 排序）。
- 切换 Tab（Other inbound queues）：
- Partial
- Rejected / Quarantined
- Ready for Putaway
- Closed / History
- 行内 Actions（English 见 i18n）常见：
- Receive · Review · Review exception · Scan Label · History
- 点 Receive → 链到 floor Receive desk/PWA（监控，不代替扫码）。
- 点行打开 Inbound detail 模态（Inbound — {ref}）→ 读 header/lines 时间线。
- Ready for Putaway 行：通知上架组开 Putaway（related workflow）。
- Rejected / Quarantined：转 Exception Control（related workflow）做 disposition。
- Closed / History：只读追溯（Closed by · Finalized · Batch 等）。
- URL 带
?inbound_id=时自动打开对应 detail。 - Overdue only 查卡滞 awaiting/partial。
- 导出/打印若页面无按钮 → 用 Desk 标准 Refresh，非 hidden export。
- 异常数量变化后依赖 live snapshot 软刷新（勿只靠手动 F5）。

- Tab 计数与现场一致；floor 完成后 partial → ready for putaway 自动迁移（Refresh/live sync）。
- 无「Office 建产品却出现在 awaiting」假阳性（应空态）。

- 不要在本页做 floor Confirm inbound（无此按钮）。
- 不要把 Office 产品创建当 inbound。
- 不要绕过 Exception 直接改 DB。
