What is it?
.floor 拒收/异常扫描进入 缓冲队列 后，主管或授权员在本 Hub 处置：回库到货架、报废、或挂起待审。执行 disposition，不是审计 feed。
何时使用： 扫描拒收流程产生 PENDING/HOLD 项；需要关闭 floor 缓冲，避免重复扫描。
Who uses it?
应该使用： 有 WMS reject resolve 权限的 floor 主管、质检、仓库班长。
不应使用： 仅收货员（处置在 Hub，不在收货页重复扫）；财务员。
分工： 长期 exception disposition authority 仍在 /wms/exception-control；本页为 scan reject buffer 执行入口。

Starting conditions
需要先具备：
- 缓冲表已有项（来自 reject scan / hero reject 流）
- 回库时知道 产品 id 与 货架位 id（系统可预填猜测 SKU/product）
列表空： 暂无待处理拒收。
How do I use it?
- 打开 拒收中心，查看列表行：扫描码 · resolution 状态。
- 副行：SKU 推测、数量、product id。
- 点击一行 打开底部模态。
- 模态标题 = 扫描码；meta 含 SKU 与 id。
- 三选一处置：
- 回库（货架） — 展开表单
- 报废
- 挂起
- 回库路径：
- 点 回库（货架） 显示表单
- 核对 产品 id、填 货架位 id
- 点 确认回库
- 报废路径：
- 点 报废 → 确认 确认报废（损耗） → 提交
- 挂起路径：
- 点 挂起 → 立即提交 HOLD
- 成功模态关闭、列表刷新；该项消失或状态变更。
- 点 Close 关模态不处置。
Common situations
- 列表空：floor 无待办，正常
- guessedSku 为
—：仍可用 product id 回库 - Hold 后项可能仍在列表（状态 HOLD）— 再次打开可改判
- Scrap 后不可在本页恢复
Expected result
- 列表项消失或 resolution 更新
- Restock 后
/wms/balance/ rack-map 可见 qty /wms/ledger有对应 adjustment/movement（审计折叠）
Why might it stop?

What not to do
- 不要在 Hub 外手工改 DB
- 不要 Scrap 可回库良品（除非质检确认）
- 不要跳过 rack id 假回库
- 不要与 Exception Control 页面重复 disposition 而不记录

Supervisor notes
- API：

RESTOCK|SCRAP|HOLD - 员工不可改 buffer 来源扫描记录；只能 resolve
- 与 exception-control 并行时，以产品规则哪条为 authority 为准（本页 = floor buffer）
