What is it?

输入条码、批次/批号或日期，解析 全链追溯：产品 → 批次 → 托盘 → 库位 → 订单/DO → 物流 → 发票。Desk 只读调查，不 mutate 库存。

何时使用： 客诉、审计、食安效期、查 LP/箱码来源。

Who uses it?

应该使用： 仓库班长、QA、Office 跟单、有 WMS desk 权限的主管。

不应使用： 仅 floor 扫货员（调查在 desk；floor 用 scan 执行）。

Starting conditions

需要： 至少一个有效码（CTN-/LP-/LOT-/SKU 条码等，依租户数据）。

空态：

  • 链树：No trace loaded. Resolve a code to load the chain.（中文：尚未加载追溯。请先解析编码以加载链路。 — 以 UI locale 为准）
  • 时间线：No movements yet. Resolve to show receive → rack → shipment.

How do I use it?

  1. 打开 追溯 DNA 页。
  2. 在 解析 · 条码、批次 / 批号或日期 (YYYY-MM-DD) 输入框键入或粘贴码。
  3. placeholder 示例：e.g. CTN-0-000000000001 or LOT-2026-A
  4. 点 解析。
  5. 顶部 追溯链 DNA 板出现（食品/效期/托盘属性 pills 若有）。
  6. 左 追溯链 树展开节点；右 移动时间线 列事件。
  7. 点树中一行 → 明细检视 显示字段；时间线高亮匹配移动。
  8. 明细检视 内 Full timeline（完整时间线）取消选中恢复全时间线。
  9. 若有 Jump 区链接，点跳转相关 WMS/Office 页（带参）。
  10. Atlas 区（若启用）：Atlas · barcode insight — 只读建议；Accept suggestion 为治理流，非员工默认操作。
  11. 效期红线：有效期至 {date} 行（食品追溯场景）。

Common situations

  • 首次解析慢：等 Loading 态
  • 仅部分链：缺失块显示 unavailable，不 invent
  • 食品/效期 badge：食品追溯、效期、托盘属性
  • 测试数据：默认过滤 SMK-/TEST-（governance JS）
  • URL 带 query 码时页可 auto-resolve（若已实现 deep link）

Expected result

  • 左树有层次；右时间线有 receive → rack → shipment 类事件
  • 点节点 明细检视 有匹配 匹配移动数
  • 效期食品线日期与 batch 一致

Why might it stop?

解析无结果查码是否 typo；换 LOT/LP
toast 错误读 #trErr 文案
链不完整记录缺失段；查上游是否未收货/未上架
Atlas 误导员工以链树为准，不装懂

What not to do

  • 不要在此页改库存或过账
  • 不要把手输猜测当正式码（必须 解析 成功）
  • 不要用 Overview 搜索代替 Trace Report 做深度链（行为 authority 不同）
