What is this workflow?

What is it?

对 Variable 采购行：扫预发的 VAR-* 单位标签 → 输入实际重量 → 确认收货，使每一件实物对应系统里一个已 RECEIVED 的单位。

Who uses it?

应该使用： 仓库收货员（供应商进货 lane）。

不应使用： 只做固定箱收货的同事（用 related workflow）；Office 采购员（他们只建 PO/Start receiving）。

How to reach this workflow

登录 WMS 手机/PWA → Scan Portal → 供应商进货 → 收货入库（/scan/warehouse-receive）→ 选择 PO → 进入 Variable 收货。

Starting conditions

需要先具备： related workflow PO 已 Start receiving；行 quantity mode=variable；VAR 标签已发放（related workflow 或预印）；PO 行仍有剩余数量。

注意： 该 VAR 未已被其他 PO 收货（UNIT_ALREADY_RECEIVED）。

How do I use it?

  1. 在收货页 选择 PO（含 Variable 行）。
  1. 看提示：Scan pre-issued unit label to receive。
  1. 用扫描枪扫 VAR-* 条码（ wedge 自动识别，无需点输入框）。
  1. 等待 Resolving unit…，面板显示产品、进度、State、Next available workflow。
  1. 在 Enter weight (kg) 输入实际重量（必须 >0）。
  1. 核对 PO 行、产品是否匹配。
  1. 点击 Confirm 确认收货。
  1. 看到成功提示后可扫下一件；行完成提示 Line complete — ready for putaway when PO is done.
  1. 贴好实物标签（若打印了 slip）；继续下一单位直至 PO 行完成。

Common situations

  • 正常第一件
  • 连续扫满一行
  • 5 HEAD 循环
  • Cancel 误扫
  • PO 行已满 PO_LINE_COMPLETE
  • 重量为 0 拒绝

Expected result

提示 *Instance received*；Router 状态更新；PO 收货进度增加；Inbound 汇总 ready for putaway（视配置）。

Why might it stop?

Enter weight before confirm输入 kg 再 Confirm
UNIT_ALREADY_RECEIVED换未收的 VAR 或查是否重复扫
UNIT_WRONG_PRODUCT换正确 SKU 的标签
PO_LINE_COMPLETE该行已满，换行或结束 PO
NOT_VARIABLE_LINE此 PO 行不是 Variable，改走固定收货

What not to do

  • 不要扫商品条码代替 VAR
  • 不要无称重乱填重量
  • 不要在错误 PO 上确认
