30-DAY FREE TRIAL

Orbita may offer a 30-day free trial for eligible new accounts. No charges are incurred during the evaluation period unless a paid subscription is expressly activated.

NO REFUNDS ON ACTIVE BILLING CYCLES

Once a paid monthly subscription begins, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Orbita does not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for partial-month subscription periods, unused seats, unused order limits, or unused WMS add-on capacity.

This policy reflects the immediate delivery of software access, platform resources, configuration availability, and operational infrastructure consumption.

CANCELLATION EFFECTIVENESS

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Access remains active until the final day of the current paid billing cycle. The subscription will not renew for the subsequent month.
