Refund Policy

All payments made to Orbita Solution are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.

Due to the nature of digital services, users receive immediate access upon payment.

Refunds may only be granted at Orbita Solution’s sole discretion in the following cases:

• Duplicate billing
• Verified system failure preventing access

Orbita Solution reserves the right to determine refund eligibility. For billing questions, contact info@orbitasolution.com.

Subscription access and refund limitations (addendum)

Orbita FAOS is offered as subscription-based SaaS. Subscription fees cover licensed access to the hosted software and related platform services for each prepaid billing period. Once a subscription is activated for a period and your authorized users can access or use the Service, fees for that period are generally non-refundable, including where you choose not to use every feature or module.

Cancellation before the end of a billing period typically stops future renewals only; it does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for the current period except where Orbita elects to grant one under the limited bases stated in this policy or in your separate written agreement.

Narrow exception (platform failure): in addition to the duplicate-billing and verified access-failure cases described above, Orbita may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit or partial refund where Orbita’s support and internal service records reasonably substantiate that a defect or outage in Orbita’s core hosted platform (not your configuration, networks, devices, or third-party services you connect) prevented materially all authorized users in your company from using the Service for a material portion of a paid period. This exception is not a guarantee of compensation and does not cover business losses, data issues, incorrect operational outputs, or disputes with your customers or carriers.

Orbita may request reasonable information (for example, timestamps, error references, and support-ticket correspondence) to evaluate any request. This addendum supplements your Terms & Conditions and does not replace them.
