Cookie Policy, Refund Policy.
- Is Orbita responsible for financial errors?
- No. Users must verify all outputs.
- Is the system fully complete?
- No. The Platform is continuously evolving.
- Can I rely on the system for compliance?
- No. Compliance responsibility lies with the user.
- Is uptime guaranteed?
- No.
- Are payments refundable?
-
No, once access is granted — see Refund Policy.
- If the system blocks my scan, can I turn that off?
-
No. Orbita’s core value is enforcing the correct operational workflow. End users cannot disable
mandatory integrity checks (including FIFO-style enforcement where configured). If you need a bypass path,
contact your system administrator for a controlled manual correction under
your governance rules — but you lose consistency guarantees and the event may be
audit-relevant.
- Is Orbita a courier, Customs broker, or financial regulator?
-
No. Orbita provides software tooling. Operational, logistics, and regulatory decisions remain yours.
See Terms §36.
- Who is responsible if transactional email fails or lands in spam when we use our SMTP?
-
You are responsible for mail infrastructure configuration and deliverability posture (SPF/DKIM/DMARC,
quotas, content, suppression lists). Orbita does not warrant third-party inbox behaviour. See
Terms §36 and Email documentation.
