在 Office Incoming Orders 区把待处理销售需求转为采购 PO（Create PO），或在产品/供应商变更后 Rebuild PO。
Who uses it?
应该使用： 采购/计划员、Office 运营主管。
不应使用： 客户门户用户、纯 WMS 收货员。

登录 → Office（/office）
Workspace 或 PDS 链接：Incoming Orders
深链：/office?faos_embed=incoming_orders
Starting conditions
需要先具备： 有待处理 Incoming Order；Create PO 前需在网格下方选 Supplier（— Select supplier —）。
注意： Company Profile 不完整时可能 Blocked: Company Profile incomplete；Auto PO 仍会生成但输出可能受限（见产品锁）。
How do I use it?
- 登录 Office（
/office）。
- 进入 Incoming Orders 区块（标题 Incoming Orders）。
- 查看网格列：Time、Customer、Product、Qty、Source、Status。
- 用 Search（占位 Search by name or PO...）筛选订单。
- 选中一行或多行待处理需求（按页面选择方式）。
- 在 Supplier 下拉选择供应商（— Select supplier — 不可用于创建）。
- 点击 Create PO。
- 成功 toast：PO created
- 已存在：PO already exists
- 若产品映射变更或需重算 PO，点击 Rebuild PO。
- 确认框：Rebuild this PO? → Confirm / Cancel
- Show details 查看订单明细；Request delete 按权限申请删除。
- 查看 NEXT ACTION 条带提示下一步。
- 未定义产品匹配时可能弹出
#office-undefined-confirm-modal：Cancel / Confirm。
- 创建后到
/po或 related workflow 继续 Send / 收货。
Common situations
- 邮件/Excel 同步来的 Incoming Order
- 已有 PO 再点 Create → PO already exists
- Profile incomplete 横幅
- 产品未映射 → undefined confirm modal
Expected result
- Toast PO created
/po或采购列表出现对应 PO- Rebuild 后 PO 行与最新产品匹配

What not to do
- 不要不选 Supplier 就 Create PO
- 不要在 Incoming Orders 直接改库存
- 不要绕过 Auto PO 手工 duplicate 同一需求（除非主管批准）
