What is this workflow?
What is it?
维护供应商主数据（名称、联系、地址、定价与健康状态），供采购 PO、收货、供应商发票与 AP 使用。
Who uses it?
应该使用： 采购员、Office 供应链管理员。
不应使用： WMS 仅收货员（可选读列表，通常不在此维护主数据）。
How to reach this workflow
登录 Orbita → Office → PROCUREMENT 分类 → Suppliers（/office/suppliers）
Starting conditions
需要先具备： Office 登录与供应商维护权限。
注意： 必须先选中左侧供应商或新建，右侧 Save 才会启用。
How do I use it?
- 打开 Suppliers（
/office/suppliers）。
- 左侧为供应商列表；右侧为详情面板。
- 新建供应商：
- 点击 Add supplier（#btn-add）
- 在新增行输入 Supplier name（占位提示）
- 选中该供应商后，切到 Details 标签
- 在 Details 填写：
- Name
- Phone
- Address
- 点击 Save（
#btn-save）。
- 成功提示 Saved.，列表出现新供应商。
- 编辑： 左侧点选供应商 → 改 Details → Save。
- 其他标签（只读/维护视公司配置）：
- Pricing
- Supplier Health
Common situations
- 首次录入新农场/厂商
- 更新联系人邮箱（发 PO 用）
- 未选供应商就点 Save（按钮灰色）
- Name 为空报错
- Create failed / Save failed（网络或权限）
Expected result
- 左侧列表有供应商名
- Saved. 提示
- 重新打开 Details，Email/Phone/Address 与录入一致
Why might it stop?
| 情况 | 员工怎么做 |
| Save failed / Create failed | 重试；仍失败找主管 |
| Supplier name ... cannot be empty | 填 Name 再 Save |
| 未选供应商 | 先点列表或 Add supplier |
| 无权限 | 找管理员 |
What not to do
- 不要在未填 Name 时保存
- 不要为每个临时收货员建重复供应商（应用正式主数据）
- 不要在此页改 PO 行数量（去
/po）

Quick steps
- 登录 → /office/suppliers
- Add supplier → 输入名称
- 选中 → Details → Name/Email/Phone/Address
- Save
- 确认 Saved.
Supervisor notes
供应商与 PO、收货、AP 绑定；更名前确认无在途 PO。Supplier Health 仅供采购评估，不替代财务过账审核。
