What is it?

在 Orbita 里建立可销售的产品（SKU），并设置这件货在仓库是按固定数量还是按重量/可变单位管理，以及是否使用纸箱、托盘、货架层。

Who uses it?

应该使用： Office 库存管理员、产品主数据维护员。

不应使用： 仅 WMS 手机作业员（他们不在此页建 SKU）；财务过账员。

How to reach this workflow

登录 Orbita → Office → Workspace 点 INVENTORY 分类 → Inventory Manager（/inventory）

有 WMS 权限时也可在 WMS Product Rules 查看规则（主入口仍是 Inventory）。

Starting conditions

需要先具备： 已有公司账号与 Inventory 权限；若需 WMS 映射，公司需开通 WMS。

注意： 同一公司下不能重复 SKU。

How do I use it?

  1. 打开 Inventory Manager 页面，看到产品列表。
  1. 点击 Add Product（新增产品）。
  1. 填写 SKU ID（产品编码，必填）。
  1. 填写 Product Name（品名，必填）。
  1. Barcode 通常只读；可用 Scan barcode 绑定，或 CSV 导入时自动生成。
  1. 选择 Product type：Raw material / Finished goods / Packaging。
  1. 设置 Ratio（包装单位与基础单位换算，如每箱多少件）。
  1. 若每件重量或数量不固定（如牛肉、散装），勾选 Variable。
  1. 填写 Cost、Selling Price、Reorder Point（按公司要求）。
  1. 按需勾选 Available for Customer Ordering（是否允许客户下单）。
  1. 在 Warehouse tracking 区设置物理层（见第 7 节）。
  1. 可选：Storage zone（Ambient / Chill / Frozen）、批次/效期跟踪、OEM 定制等。
  1. 点击 Save 保存。
  1. 在列表中搜索 SKU，确认新产品出现且信息正确。
  1. 可选：Import CSV 批量导入；或 Scan barcode 扫描绑定条码。

Common situations

  • 首次建 SKU
  • 编辑已有 SKU
  • 重复 SKU 报错
  • Variable + 全 OFF = Carcass 型
  • CSV 空条码自动生成
  • WMS 开通后自动映射

Expected result

列表中出现新产品；编辑再打开数据一致；WMS entitled 时 warehouse record 同步（员工看收货行为是否符合设定即可）。

Why might it stop?

What not to do

  • 不要把 Variable 产品当固定箱规收货
  • 不要为省事关掉 Variable 却实际按头/重量收货
  • 不要在未确认 SKU 唯一时批量导入
