What is it?

为指定客户设置 SKU 专属售价（Override Price），覆盖默认目录价，供报价、客户下单与发票使用。

Who uses it?

应该使用： 销售主管、定价管理员、有 Inventory 定价权限的 Office 用户。

不应使用： WMS 仓管员（仓库不看客户价）。

How to reach this workflow

入口 A（客户列表 hub）：

Office → SALES → Customer Pricing（/office/customer-pricing）

入口 B（实际改价编辑器）：

从 hub 点客户 → /inventory/pricing/customers?customer_id=...

或 Office → INVENTORY → 客户定价路径（[internal file]）

注意： /office/customer-pricing 仅列客户并跳转；Override Price 与 Save 在 /inventory/pricing/customers。

Starting conditions

需要先具备： 客户已存在（related workflow）；产品/SKU 已存在（related workflow）。

注意： 改价在编辑器页完成，不在 hub 列表页。

How do I use it?

A. 从 hub 选客户

  1. 打开 Customer Pricing（/office/customer-pricing）。
  2. 在客户列表中找到目标客户（可搜索）。
  3. 点击客户行，进入定价编辑器（带 customer_id 参数）。

B. 在编辑器维护 Override Price

  1. 打开 Customer pricing 编辑器（[internal file]）。
  2. 确认顶部已选中正确客户（页面加载客户与产品列表）。
  3. 左侧/可选区：Load products 或从产品池 Add → 把 SKU 加入客户价目。
  4. 在价目表 Override Price 列输入客户专属单价。
  5. 不需要的 SKU 用 ← Remove 移出客户价目。
  6. 点击 Save（#btn-save）。
  7. 成功提示 Saved.
  1. 可选：在 Quotations（related workflow）用 Adopt selected as customer price 从报价采纳价格。

Common situations

  • 新客户首单价目（先 related workflow）
  • 调价：改 Override Price 再 Save
  • hub 显示 No customers match. / Could not load customers.
  • 编辑器 Could not load customers.（权限或 customer_id 无效）
  • 仅有目录价、未 override 时客户门户可能显示默认价

Expected result

  • Saved. 提示
  • 重新打开同一客户同一 SKU，Override Price 保持
  • 客户下单/报价显示该 override（下游验证）

Why might it stop?

情况员工怎么做
Could not load customers.刷新；查权限与 customer_id
hub 无 Save进入 /inventory/pricing/customers
Save 失败看 alert；检查价格格式
客户不存在先 related workflow 建客户

What not to do

  • 不要在 hub 页找 Override Price（不存在）
  • 不要用库存 Cost 当客户价（客户价只在本定价链）
  • 不要改 WMS 库存页售价（商业价在 Office）

What happens next

related workflow 报价 Issue → related workflow 客户下单 → related workflow 审单 → related workflow/040 发票

Quick steps

  1. /office/customer-pricing → 选客户
  2. 编辑器 → Add → SKU
  3. 填 Override Price
  4. Save → Saved.

Supervisor notes

Override 只影响该客户；变更不追溯已开票订单。大批量调价建议导出核对后再 Save。
