What is it?

从发票中心、订单历史、财务报表等只读页面导出 CSV、PDF、XLSX 或 Print，供会计、审计与客户归档。导出不改账。

Who uses it?

应该使用： 财务、销售运营、主管、审计（只读导出权限）。

不应使用： 无 export entitlement 的试用套餐用户（可能见 Upgrade plan required.）。

How to reach this workflow

发票：/invoice

历史订单：/history

试算表：/finance/reports/trial-balance

总账：/finance/reports/general-ledger

资产负债：/finance/reports/balance-sheet

Office 导出中心：/office → Exports 视图（#exports-view）

Starting conditions

需要先具备： 对应模块权限与 export entitlement；Finance 报表需选会计期间（页面 from/to 或 period 选择器）。

注意： 各面导出能力不同，见下表；勿假设「到处都能 PDF」。

How do I use it?

A. Invoice Center（/invoice）

  1. 打开 Invoice Center。
  1. 工具栏点击 Export CSV（#export-csv-btn）导出列表 CSV。
  1. 点击 Export Excel — 跳转 /exports/sales（销售导出中心，非当前页内嵌 xlsx）。
  1. 单行发票：行菜单 Download PDF 下载该票 PDF。
  1. 列表级 Export PDF — NOT IMPLEMENTED；只能逐票 Download PDF。

B. Order History（/history）

  1. 打开 History（/history），设置搜索/筛选。
  1. 点击 Export CSV（#export-btn）→ 打开 [in-product action]。
  1. 若按钮禁用并 tooltip Upgrade plan required. — 需升级套餐。
  1. Export PDF on /history — NOT IMPLEMENTED（仅 CSV）。

C. Finance 核心四报表

对 Trial Balance、General Ledger、Profit & Loss、Balance Sheet 各页：

  1. 选择公司、Period / 日期范围（按页面）。
  1. 点击工具栏（顺序可能为）：

- Print

- Download CSV 或 CSV

- Download PDF 或 PDF

- Download XLSX 或 XLSX

  1. 浏览器下载文件或打开打印对话框。
  1. API 模式示例：[in-product action]（具体 route 以页面 financeExportPresentation wiring 为准）。

D. Office Export Center

  1. 在 Office 打开 Exports 区（#exports-view）。
  1. 按模块选择 Download CSV、Download HTML/PDF（journals、payroll、invoices 等，以 entitlement 显示为准）。

Common situations

  • 月结导出 TB + GL PDF 给审计
  • History CSV 给销售分析
  • 单票 Download PDF 邮件客户
  • Entitlement 不足 Upgrade plan required.
  • 大期间 XLSX 较慢 — 等待下载

Expected result

  • 文件成功下载或 Print 预览正确
  • 金额与页面列表一致（spot check）
  • Finance PDF 使用 buildFinancePdfFromDocument 标准头（技术核对）
  • 无 401/403；无 Upgrade plan required. 阻断（已付费租户）

Why might it stop?

下载 0 字节重试；缩期间；查网络
PDF 乱码/截断报 bug；用 XLSX 备用
404 on export API查登录 session；查 route
列表与导出不一致报 parity bug（不应自行改 Excel）

What not to do

  • 不要把 CSV 当可回导账的 posting 文件（除非明确 import 功能）
  • 不要假设 History 有 PDF
  • 不要截图代替 statutory PDF 存档
  • 不要改导出公式「对得上」页面（公式锁在 server）

Supervisor notes

Core Four-Pack 导出 presentation 已冻结（ORBITA_FINANCE_CORE_REPORT_STANDARD_V1_LOCK）。变更 export 格式需 break-lock smoke。外部 PDF 不得含 Dr/Cr 行（finance boundary）。
