What is it?

在 Finance 已激活后，只读查看四大核心报表并 Print / 导出 CSV / PDF / XLSX，用于日常核对、审计包、管理层阅读。

覆盖页面：

为什么需要： 过账（related workflow/040）后须能 trace 至 GL/TB；关账（related workflow）依赖 TB balanced 等 readiness。

什么时候用： 月结核对、审计索取、经理看 P&L/BS；export 给外部会计。

Who uses it?

应该使用： 财务会计、财务主管、审计（只读 Finance 权限）。

不应使用： 无 Finance entitlement；Opening 未完成且无报表数据者（空态正常）。

How to reach this workflow

登录 → Finance 侧栏 Reports

→ Trial Balance / General Ledger / Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet

→ 各 report 页工具栏：Refresh · 日期/期间 · Export 组

GL 额外： 工具栏 Full GL 按钮（分组导出入口）— 与 CSV/PDF/XLSX 并列。

Starting conditions

需要先具备：

• related workflow Finance Active
• 已有 posted journals（否则空表/Loading…/No ledger activity yet）

注意： 导出为 presentation 层 — 不改变 posting truth；公式 authority 在 server query + export presenter（封板链）。

How do I use it?

Trial Balance（TB）

1. 打开 /finance/reports/trial-balance。
2. 设 From · To 日期 → Apply。
3. 看 KPI：Period debits · Period credits · Debit–credit check。
4. 表：Account code · Account name · Opening/Debit/Credit/Closing。
5. 导出：点 Print · CSV · PDF · XLSX（工具栏 fp-report-export-group）。
6. Refresh 重读 API。

General Ledger（GL）

1. 打开 /finance/reports/general-ledger。
2. 选期间/filter（页面 filter deck — Company · CCY · From/To 等 summary panel）。
3. 查看 General ledger summary 与 entry stream。
4. 导出：Print · Full GL · CSV · PDF · XLSX（title 提示 *Download full grouped GL as …*）。
5. 若有 PREVIEW ONLY badge — 仅预览，须用 Full export 拿完整 extract。

Profit & Loss（P&L）

1. 打开 /finance/reports/pl。
2. 选期间 pill：Custom 等 → From/To → Apply range（custom 时）。
3. KPI：Gross profit · Margin % · Revenue · COGS · Operating expense。
4. 导出：Print · CSV · PDF · XLSX。

Balance Sheet（BS）

1. 打开 /finance/reports/balance-sheet。
2. 设 As of / 日期 filter（页面控件）。
3. 导出：Print · CSV · PDF · XLSX。

全报表通用

1. Print 使用浏览器 window.print() — 打印当前屏或 print CSS 布局。
2. CSV/PDF/XLSX 走 [in-product action]（GL 用 grouped export helpers）。
3. 导出文件名/币种由 formatFinanceExportCurrency() 等 presenter 统一 — 员工只见下载/New tab。

Common situations

Expected result

• TB Debit–credit check 显示平衡（或 product 等价 chip）
• 导出文件打开：公司名、期间、金额列齐全（Core Report Standard）
• P&L Revenue/COGS 与 invoice/COGS posting 方向一致（抽样）
• BS 与 TB 科目 closing 可 tie（审计抽样）
• Print 不截断 remarks（export PDF 全文 — presentation lock）

Why might it stop?

What not to do

• 不要改 CSV 再当系统 truth 回灌
• 不要用 legacy Internal · Flat journal CSV 代替 Full GL grouped export（除非审计明确要 flat）
• 不要截图 PREVIEW 当完整 statutory pack
• 不要在报表页「心算」调整 P&L
