What is it?

在 /finance/closing-center 查看所选会计期间是否 可以安全冻结（month-end close readiness）：显示 READY TO CLOSE 或 NOT READY，列出 Blockers 与 Verification trace（domains），不在本页执行关账过账（执行去 Period close (actions)）。

为什么需要： 关账前须一次性看见 revenue/AP/inventory/payment/bank/GL 等 domain 是否 PASS；避免带 blocker 关 period。

什么时候用： 每月末/年末关账前；Workboard 提示 period close blockers 时。

Who uses it?

应该使用： 财务主管、总账会计（Finance active + closing 权限）。

不应使用： 仓库员、销售（无 Finance closing 权限）。

How to reach this workflow

登录 → Finance

→ Month-end closing / Closing Center

→ /finance/closing-center

→ 标题：Month-end closing

→ 页眉：Period（month input）· View Stock Figures · Period close (actions)

Starting conditions

需要先具备：

• related workflow Finance Active
• TB/银行/AR/AP 当月业务已处理到最新（否则 blocker 预期出现）
• 理解：本页只读 readiness API，不 mutate period

注意：

• Warnings（若 API 未来返回）仅展示 — 不合成前端 blocker（Phase 2 lock）
• 无 分数、百分比、健康评级 KPI（禁止）
• 状态 PARTIAL：Closing Center UI 为 Phase 2 additive；readiness engine 已 Phase 1 封板

How do I use it?

1. 打开 /finance/closing-center。

1. 在页眉 Period 选择 cc-period（type="month"）目标关账月。

1. 等待 *Loading closing readiness…* 完成，cc-stack 显示。

1. 读状态卡 Month-end closing：

- 标题 READY TO CLOSE 或 NOT READY（cc-status）

- 副文案 cc-status-lead · cc-status-meta（期间范围等）

1. NOT READY 时：打开 Blockers 列表（cc-blocker-list）。

- 每项含 blocker key 与说明

- 可点击导航至现有 Finance/WMS 页（如 AR payments、supplier invoices、TB、bank recon、Stock Figures — 见 resolution nav）

1. Blockers 为 None 且 READY TO CLOSE → 本 period readiness PASS（仍须到 Period close 执行冻结）。

1. 查看 Verification trace（domains）：Revenue · AP · Inventory · Payment · Bank · GL 等 — 每行 PASS/FAIL traceability（只读）。

1. 若 inventory/stock blocker（如 STOCK_FIGURES_MISSING）：展开 Inventory / Stock figures 面板 → View Stock Figures → /finance/inventory/stock-figures。

1. 处理完各 blocker 后，回到 Closing Center Period 重选或刷新（ClosingCenter.load()）直到 READY TO CLOSE。

1. 点击 Period close (actions) → /finance/period-close 执行实际关 period 动作（非本 WF 展开）。

1. 关账后 related workflow 报表在该 period 视为 frozen 阅读（政策以 period lock 为准）。

Expected result

• READY TO CLOSE headline
• Blockers: None
• Verification trace 各 domain 无 FAIL（或仅剩非 blocker warnings）
• Workboard period_close_blockers 清零（若从 workboard 来）
• Period close 页可完成关账（下游 — NOT VERIFIED 每租户）

Why might it stop?

What not to do

• 不要在本页「心算」能否关账 — 只信 ready_to_close
• 不要添加 completion % / 5/6 domain 聚合（产品禁止）
• 不要跳过 blocker 直接 Period close（server 应 reject — 若可则报 defect）
• 不要用 related workflow 导出代替 Stock Figures snapshot gate
