What is this workflow?
What is it?
维护公司员工 HR 主数据（销售/业务员工档案）：列表、筛选、导出，以及 新建/编辑 员工详情并 Save employee，供 Sales Person 下拉、佣金规则、客户分配等下游使用。
为什么需要： 订单、Sales Desk、佣金需要 Active 员工；HR V2 扩展字段与文档槽在 /employees/hr/{id}。
什么时候用： 新员工入职；员工离职/停用；更新部门/角色/HR 文档。
Who uses it?
应该使用： 公司管理员（requireCompanyAdminPage on /employees）、HR/行政。
不应使用： 普通 WMS 扫描员；trial 用户（路由 rejectTrialUsers）。
How to reach this workflow
登录 → Office
→ /employees（Employees (Sales)）
或 Workspace 链到 Employees
→ 导航：Employee Master · HR Fields · Company Profile · + New employee
新建/编辑详情：
/employees/hr/new — 新建
/employees/hr/{id} — 编辑已有
→ 底部 Save employee
HR 结构字段定义： /employees/hr-structure（HR Fields）
Starting conditions
需要先具备：
- 公司 admin CRM/Office 权限
- 非 trial 订阅限制通过
注意： Sales Active/Inactive toggle 仍在列表逻辑 — 停用有客户时需 Reassign customers 模态。
How do I use it?
列表（Employee Master）
- 打开
/employees— 标题 Employees (Sales)，列表标题 Employees。
- 用 Search by name or email... 搜索。
- Filter tabs： All · Active · Inactive。
- 表格列：Code · Name · Role · Status · Customers · HR · Sales（链接/操作以渲染为准）。
- 导出：Export CSV · Export XLSX（列表头工具栏）。
- 点 + New employee →
/employees/hr/new。
- 或点行 HR / 姓名链 →
/employees/hr/{id}。
新建/编辑（Save employee）
- 在 HR 详情页填写字段（见第 6 节 — 以
[internal file]表单为准）。
- 上传 HR documents（若有 slots — upload API）。
- 配置 commission rules · customer assignments（页内 section，若显示）。
- 点击 Save employee（
btn-save）。
- 新建成功：跳转
/employees/hr/{newId}；更新成功：*save-status* 成功文案。
- 返回
/employees确认列表出现/更新。
- Sales 停用：列表 Sales 列 toggle inactive — 若有客户 → 模态 Reassign customers → 选 — Select replacement — → Reassign and set inactive。
- HR Fields 维护结构：/employees/hr-structure`（管理员）。

Expected result
/employees列表可见新员工/更新- Active 员工出现在 Sales Person 下拉（Office/Sales 面 — 抽样）
- Save 后刷新数据一致
- Inactive 且无 orphan 客户分配（或已 Reassign）
Why might it stop?
| 情况 | 员工怎么做 |
| Request failed / 403 | 确认 admin 权限；非 trial |
| Save failed | 查必填项；查 duplicate email/code |
| Reassign 模态 | 必须选 replacement |
| hr-load-err | 刷新；查 API |
What not to do
- 不要删除员工当停用 — 产品 Toggle inactive，No delete（subtitle 隐藏但政策）
- 不要 bypass Reassign 强行 inactive
- 不要在 CRM Admin 与
/employees双轨改乱 identity（公司 scope）
What happens next
