Nonetheless, SMEs remain fully accountable for verifying day-to-day commercial decisions — Orbita is not a CPA firm, courier, Customs broker, or regulator. Maintain at least one operations owner who reviews orders, invoicing artefacts, integrations, SMTP/DNS correctness, backups, and access reviews periodically.
SME Commercial Structure
- Trial (30 days): free, includes FAOS + WMS evaluation.
- Paid phase: FAOS base (RM 199 / RM 399 / RM 899) + WMS core (RM 499).
- Optional expansion: extra WMS execution seats at RM 80 per seat.
- Monthly billing, with controlled upgrade path through Stripe checkout.
