Jurisdiction and governing law
Orbita Solutions operates from Malaysia. Unless you have a separate written agreement that expressly states otherwise (for example enterprise MSA annexes), disputes arising from subscription, onboarding, hosting, availability, confidentiality, indemnities, publicity, integrations, invoicing artefacts, or similar topics shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia shall have exclusive venue for any proceedings not subject to mandatory consumer-forum carve-outs that cannot contractually be waived in your jurisdiction.
If mandatory local law forbids exclusive venue or modifies governing-law selection for certain consumer or small-business protections, those provisions apply only to the minimum extent required and do not negate the remainder of these terms where permissible.
