Jurisdiction and governing law
Orbita Solutions operates from Malaysia. Unless you have a separate written agreement that expressly states otherwise, disputes arising from subscription, onboarding, hosting, availability, confidentiality, indemnities, publicity, integrations, invoicing artefacts, or similar topics shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia shall have exclusive venue except where mandatory consumer-forum carve-outs apply. Full text: Terms §§44–46.
Account security & privacy (short)
You protect your account (passwords, devices, no shared logins). We protect your privacy (tenant isolation, reasonable safeguards, no sale of personal data). Absolute security is not warranted. See Terms §41 and Privacy Policy §5a. Subprocessors / DPA: Privacy §§4a–4b. Refunds: Refund Policy.
